General description
Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 10 (USP10), also known as Ubiquitin-specific-processing protease 10, belongs to the peptidase C19 family and functions to catalyze the cleavage of ubiquitin from ubiquitin-conjugated protein substrates such as p53/TP53, SNX3 and CFTR. USP10 is widely expressed and is down-regulated in renal cell carcinomas.
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human USP10.
